I got this to improve my posture because I was starting to notice a "hump" on the back of my neck, and besides the occasional feeling of pain & tension in my neck, my self confidence went down because I was starting to look like a hunchback, or at least I was thinking that. I tried stretching with regular plastic stretchers from Amazon, but they were uncomfortable & ineffective (no improvement after weeks for use). Then my sister sent me a link to this and I decided why not. I gave it 4 starts because shipping took about a week, and I'm used to getting things faster, so of someone from this company is reading - work on improving your shipping times. When I laid down on it I felt tingling, and it felt like my neck was contracting by itself which felt weird but relaxing (can't explain) then the heat started & I almost could feel more blood flowing through my neck, and the massage made it even more relaxing. I got this after seeing an ad on Facebook, and decided that if it won't work I'll just ask for a refund, as they had this guarantee. Back story - my neck was hurting for 6 months, and it got to the point where I needed to call in sick for work, as the pain made it hard to concentrate or do anything else, so I was just laying in bed with a hot pack on my neck & waiting for the pain to subside just enough for me to be able to get up, it was very bad. I tried pills but I didn't want to get addicted, and chiro did help a bit, but nothing significant.
