I have suffered from cervical arthritis and a developing 'dowager's hump' for years. My chiropractor is great but expensive, so I bought this for maintenance between visits.
First, a warning: The first time I used it, I felt a sharp prickling sensation and thought it was shocking me! I almost returned it. READ THE MANUAL: You have to wipe your neck with a damp cloth or apply a little lotion before using the EMS function. Once I did that? Oh my heavens. The prickling turned into a deep, rhythmic massage that felt like real fingers working out the knots.
My Results:
I’ve been using it for 14 days. The 'crunchy' sound I usually hear when turning my head is gone. I can actually check my blind spot in the car without turning my whole torso. The hump hasn't disappeared yet, but it definitely feels less swollen and tender.
One Improvement Needed:
The remote control is very small and easy to lose in the bedsheets. I wish it had a magnet to stick to the side of the device. Also, the instruction booklet print is tiny—I needed my readers to see it.
Bottom Line: Don't let the 'zaps' scare you. Wet your neck, start on Level 1, and stick with it. It has given me more relief than pills.

I sit at a dual-monitor setup for 10-12 hours a day, and my neck is usually locked up by 3 PM. I’ve tried the inflatable collars (useless) and a massage gun (too aggressive for the neck). I was skeptical about this '4-in-1' claim, but the physics actually make sense.
The Good:
- The Curve: The 26° arch is aggressive but necessary. It forces your neck back into the correct C-shape. The first 2 minutes are uncomfortable, but then your muscles surrender and it feels amazing.
- The Heat: It gets properly hot. Not just 'warm,' but therapeutic hot. It creates this 'melting' sensation that preps the muscles before the EMS kicks in.
- EMS: I keep it on Level 3 or 4. It feels like deep tissue tapping.
The "Meh":
- Battery Life: If you run Heat + EMS on high (which I do), don't expect the battery to last a week. I get about 4 sessions before I need to charge it. It uses USB-C which is nice, but I wish the battery was slightly larger.
- The Beep: Every time you change a mode on the remote, the device beeps. It’s a bit loud if you’re trying to use it while your partner is sleeping next to you.
Verdict: If you have 'tech neck,' it's worth it. Just keep the charging cable at your desk.

Writing this after using for about 10 weeks so hopefully this helps someone decide. I'm a 42 year old software engineer so yeah, desk job = terrible posture. My neck hump wasn't as bad as some of the before pics I've seen but it was definitely noticeable and getting worse.
My wife kept nagging me about my posture (she means well) and I finally decided to do something about it when my 8 year old son asked why I always look down at the ground when we walk together. That hit me hard.
